Under 25?

The George Spicer Fund was originally crreated to help Cullompton's new apprentices buy the tools needed to learn a trade.

The Fund still does, but with many heading toweards college or university, or entering vocational traiing,  a wider interpretation applies.  CUC regularly help with the cost of books, materials and equipment.

We have a limit of £100 per applicant, repaying only upon the production of receipts.  Minimum and maximum ages apply. Application form

Because Funds are limited, awards and amounts are in the trustees' complete discretion.

Children

Children count too!  Where family circumstances contrive to prevent participation in school trips or nursery education, we may be able to assist.  Every case is dealt with on its merits but within the Trustees' discretion.  Application form must be supported by a professional such as school teacher, doctor or social worker.
