 one of our almshouses

We are privileged to manage 9 Almshouses in Cullompton.

Seven form a small community close to the town centre, comprising six small and historic units (whose charm and antiquity are preserved within a rolling modernisation program). A modern bungalow is then set to the side of the communal garden area.

All are available to those over 55 years of age from the Cullompton Parish.

Additionally we have two larger houses, under the Grants Homes charity, where residents may be drawn from the Kentisbeare parish as well.

A regular renewal regime means we continually endeavour to keep the properties up to date. Vacancies do not arise very often and will be advertised locally when that happens.
